Welcome to Schwartz Medical Group. For over 35 years, we have provided exceptional primary care healthcare to the Eastern Massachusetts area, headed by Dr. Melvin J. Schwartz. In addition to primary care, our group maintains a large nursing home practice where we provide care for patients in over ten facilities in the Massachusetts area. We also offer our new Healthy at Home program which aims to bring the same quality healthcare into the homes of those who find it difficult to commute to the doctor's office. We also maintain an on-call staff of Nurse Practitioners who provide off-hours telephone triage services for other practices in the area, offering peace of mind during nights, weekends, and even holidays.
